Homemade oven baked hot wings

1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 pounds chicken drummies
4 tbsp butter, unsalted
½ cup Hot sauce, Frank’s is my choice
2 tbsp Tabasco
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp cider vinegar
In a small bowl, mix together the cayenne, pepper, salt and cornstarch
Preheat the oven to 350*
Place the drummis into a large gallon sized ziploc bag
Pour the spices in the bag and shake until the wings are all well coated
Bake in oven for 20 minutes
Meantime, in a saucepan combine the hot sauces, butter, brown sugar and cider vinegar
Remove from heat
Turn the drummies/wings over halfway through the cooking time
When the chicken is done place into a large bowl and pour the liquid mix over the top
Gently toss so that all the wings get covered.
Bake in oven for another 10 minutes at 375*
Remove from the oven and serve with celery and choice of dipping sauces
