Pork Ribs with a Kick
Bone-in country-style pork ribs, 4 pound
ketchup, 1 cup
1 quart of barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tblsp balsamic vinaigrette
molasses, 1 tblsp.
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons minced onion, dry
1 teaspoon seasoning (Cajun)
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt
In a 5-quart slow cooker, place the ribs. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until meat is cooked.
