1 cup ketchup 1 cup water
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
3/4 cup sugar (brown)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard (prepared)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 pound ribs de boeuf
Directions:
Step 1: In a slow cooker, combine the water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.
Step 2: Stir the short ribs into the sauce to coat them. Cook for 8 hours on low with the lid on.
