Casserole with Green Chile Chicken
4 cups shredded chicken 8 ounces chopped green chiles (2 cans) 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 cup cheddar cheese
Finish with a garnish (optional)
chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Then add the shredded chicken and green chilies and mix well.
In a casserole dish, spread the mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the sides of the casserole are bubbling and the casserole is hot all the way through.
Allow it sit for 10 minutes before serving with rice, beans, or tortillas. Enjoy!
