°2 lbs 80/20 chuck
°1/2 cup rusk
°1/2 c milk
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 tsp dried onion°
°2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (I used 1 tsp too much salt)
°1 tsp is better than beef broth
°2 c mushroom
°4 c beef broth
°1 tsp cornstarch
* Methods :
In bowl, adding ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, black pepper also salt, dried onion mix & Worcestershire sauce also mix well to they are for size of patties.
In skillet, heat 1 tsp oil. Adding pancakes to brown, for 5 min per side.
When browned, remove it from the side, then add the onions and mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes, then adding cornstarch with meat broth, & adding beef broth also meat broth to pot. Now adding pancakes again to simmer about 45 to 50 min to they are cooked. Decrease to the thickness you want.
