The ingredients used in making it are:
°2 cups of white cake flour.
°1 cup granulated sugar.
°2 large eggs.
°1/2 cup fresh lemon juice.
°1 teaspoon salt.
°1/2 cup milk.
°1 tablespoon of baking powder.
°1 cup of fresh blueberries.
* How to make it ?
The first step:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and prepare the baking tray.
The second step:
Mix sugar, butter, lemon juice, and eggs together in a large bowl.
The third step:
Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl and stir into the egg and milk mixture.
The fourth step:
Add the blueberries and stir in 2 tablespoons of the white flour.
Fifth step:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for an hour.
