ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH GARLIC AND PARMESAN
INGREDIENTS:
Brussels sprouts (twenty)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 handful pecans and cashews
Beetroot shoots and pomegranate seeds
seasoning with salt and pepper
PREPERATION:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Remove the first peel from the Brussels sprouts and cut out the core. 2 cabbages, cut in half
Step 3: Rinse the Brussels sprouts thoroughly.
Step 4: Toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and walnuts in a serving dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6: Bake the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 7: Toss with pomegranate seeds and sprouted beet seed sprouts in a serving plate.
