Oven Roasted Sausage and Potatoes 

Ingredients for Oven Roasted Sausage and Potatoes 34 cup dry white wine
12 Sweet Italian Sausage Links, pricked with a fork
12 tsp ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
6 garlic cloves, minced
12 pound halved baby potatoes
1 sliced onion
2 red peppers, sliced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all ingredients in a big zip lock bag, except the sausage.
Seal the bag and shake it to equally coat all of the goods.
Fill a large roasting pan halfway with veggies.
Spread evenly across the pan’s bottom.
Shake the bag with the sausage to coat the links in the seasoned oil.
Place the coated sausages on top of the mashed potatoes.
