Ribs Baked in the Oven
2 racks ribs (baby back) St. Louis-style ribs, or spareribs
1 tablespoon paprika (smoked)
1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered onion
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 quart of barbecue sauce
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Aluminum foil should be used to line a baking sheet or roasting pan.
Remove the membrane from the ribs’ backsides. To loosen it up, simply slide your fingers around the side and tear it off. If the surface is slippery, use a paper towel to create a better grip.
Combine the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl, including paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard. Using your hands, generously rub this mixture all over the outside of the pumpkin.
