PEPPER STEAK IN A SLOW COOKER
YOU’LL REQUIRE:
Beef stew meat, 16 oz.
2 each of the bell peppers
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp.
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tblsp beef broth
1 can of tomatoes, stewed
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup flour (all-purpose)

HOW TO: Combine the flour and season salt in a large mixing basin, then coat the meat in the mixture.
Heat the oil in a skillet, then add the beef, garlic, and bell peppers (cut into strips) and fry until the meat begins to brown.
Remove the meat and peppers from the skillet and place them in a slow cooker lined with paper towels, leaving the fat behind.
Add the stewed tomatoes with juice and 1 can of diced tomatoes to the skillet where the meat was cooked.of beef broth to the oil. Add the flour gradually while stirring until you make a gravy then pour it over the meat in the slow cooker. Cook cover on low for 8 Hours
