7 Layer Dip (Easy)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 (10 oz.) can rotel tomatoes and green chilies drained 1 tablespoon taco seasoning 3 medium avocados peeled and seeded 1 lime juiced 2 garlic cloves minced 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro 14 teaspoon onion powder 14 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1 12 cup sour cream 2 cups finely shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese blend 12 cup sliced black olives
Combine the refried beans, rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. In a 7 x 11 inch casserole dish, spread it out.
Avocado should be mashed. Combine the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl. It should be spread over the bean layer.
Spread the sour cream evenly

Finely shredded cheese, black olives, tomatoes, and green onions go on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve, covered.
