Strawberry Punch Bowl Cake from the South!

Strawberry and Jelly Cake is a new type of cake that you may serve to your family members after a meal to offer them a sense of comfort and freshness, especially in hot weather.


° 2 cups flour

° Baking powder bag

° 1/4 cup ghee or corn oil

° A cup of sugar

° an egg

° Vanilla bag

° A cup of milk

° Jelly box

° Strawberry chunks


1- In a blender, combine the eggs, vanilla, milk, sugar, ghee, or oil.

2- Combine the baking powder and flour, then sprinkle a portion on top of the liquid mixture and turn in a semicircle in the same direction.

3- Grease a baking sheet with oil or ghee, spread the mixture on top, and bake for 1/2 hour without opening the oven door.

4- When the cake is finished, set it aside to cool before placing it in the refrigerator.

5- Flatten the jelly as directed on the packet and place it in the freezer until it hardens.

6- Arrange the strawberry slices on top of the jelly.

7 – We place the cake on the strawberries and jelly, then turn it in another plate till the jelly is on the face.
