What Is Broccoli Cheese Soup and How Do I Make It?
1 onion, sauteed in a tablespoon of olive oil until tender.
Add:
2 frozen broccoli bags
2 cups extra-hard cheddar cheese
1 can celery cream soup
1 cream of potato soup (in a can) 2 drained evaporated milk cans
Simmer for two hours after melting the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
