Sweet Potatoes Candied:
Potatoes were sliced and cooked on a medium heat setting.
In a second pan, I melted a stick of butter and added 1/4 cup brown sugar and roughly 1/4 cup water, just before they were tender.
I added the potatoes when the sugar had melted and cooked them on medium heat.
Low heat on stovetop until butter and sugar have thickened a touch.
Because I don’t measure, the sugar and butter may need to be adjusted to your preference.
