The Easy and quick way to make Cheesy Spinach, Meatball & Potato Bake Recipe yummy

Ingredients :

° 300g dough your choice 

° 400g beef

° 1 onion

° 100g spinach

° 2 clove garlic

° 400g tomato

° 1 t of tomato puree

° 20cl of whole liquid fresh cream

° 250g of ricotta

° 100g grated cheese

° Salt pepper

° Parsley

°Pasta gratin, meat, spinach with ricotta cream

° In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onions and garlic.

 Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix well while detaching the meat.- Adding tomato puree, blend then spinach and cook all for about 2 min so that the spinach reduces.- During this time: cooking pasta accorde to directions on pack and keep 200ml of pasta water apart. Drain- Add the tomato purée, the 200ml pasta cooking water (to obtain a smooth sauce) and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

*Preparation ricotta cream:

– In a bowl, pour the ricotta, cream, salt, pepper, parsley and mix well. To book.

Mounting :

– In a baking dish, put a layer of sauce, a layer of dough, a layer of ricotta cream sauce and so on until you run out of ingredients.- Finish with ricotta cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C degrees for about 20 minutes depending on your oven (20 minutes for me).
