Good evening family The recipe for mutton legs & head & tripe soup To make this soup you need sheep’s legs, pieces of sheep’s head, sheep’s tripe, tomatoes, onions, concentrated tomato, fresh and dry pepper. 1- Precook the pieces of meat for about 10 minutes with a chopped onion 2- add the rest of the condiments (concentrated and fresh tomatoes, onion, fresh and dry pepper), water, salt then bring to a boil. 3- when the vegetables are cooked, they are removed to crush them then add them to the soup with a culinary broth if you consume it. 4-Let the sauce cook then adjust the seasoning and it’s ready.
