Oats Crunchie with Chocolate sauces and Ice cream . Ingredients:• 2 cups oats• 1 cup cake flour, sifted• 1 cup desiccated coconut• 250g Butter• 2 tbsp golden syrup• Pinch of saltInstructions:• In a bowl pour 385g sweetened condensed milk & 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix until combined.• In a separate bowl add 4 cups of heavy whipping cream & using an electric beater, beat until soft peaks form.• four the condensed milk mixture into the cream and beat further being careful not to over beat the IceCream.• four the IceCream in airtight containers/container and refrigerate .
