Recipe for SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, AND ONIONS
Red Potatoes, 2 pounds
2 bell peppers, large
1 1/2 onions
6 Italian Turkey Sausages in a Hot Sauce (20oz)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon rosemary (dried & crushed)
1 tblsp olive oil 1 tblsp salt & pepper
To make it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Clean your vegetables and cut them into 1/2′′-3/4′′ dice, as well as 1′′ portions for the onions and peppers.
Step 2: Toss the vegetables in a large mixing bowl with the Olive Oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and plenty of salt and pepper.
Step 3: Cut the sausage links into 5-6 pieces each and place in the refrigerator to chill.
Step4: Spread on an oiled sheet pan and bake at 375° for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven, top with sausage, and bake for another 35 minutes.Step5: Toss the mixture once or twice while cooking. Step6: Remove from the oven, toss together and serve. Step7: This is delicious on its own and wonderful with an egg however you like them cooked on the side.
