1 cup crushed pineapple • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp salt • 2 tsp ground cinnamon • 4 cups grated carrots • 1 cup raisins • 2 eggs • 1 cup white sugar • 1 cup vegetable oil • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup crushed pineapple • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp salt • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1: In a medium mixing basin, combine grated carrots, brown sugar, and raisins; set aside for 50 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a grease tray with parchment paper.
