DOES ANYONE IN THIS ROOM LIKE SALMON PATTIES?
- Salmon: 1 can (7 oz) (drained and crumbled)
– 1 egg (beaten)
1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 shallots (finely chopped)
2 cups cracker crumbs
- Yields roughly 4 servings – lemon pepper to taste
TO MAKE IT, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F before beginning the recipe (190C).
Step 2: In a mixing dish, combine the salmon, egg, olive oil, shallot, and 2/3 of the breadcrumbs, season with pepper, and set aside. This mixture should be used to make 8 tiny patties.
Step 3: After forming the patties, coat them with the remaining breadcrumbs and arrange them on a baking sheet (in a single layer).
Step 4: Bake till golden brown.golden brown on both sides, turning the patties once, it takes around 10 minutes.
