Taco Stuffed Shells

Ingredients for Taco Stuffed Shells
Jumbo Shell Pasta (8 oz.)
1 pound of ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
2 tsp. garlic, minced
Cream cheese, 5 oz.
1 cup of salsa
14 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup taco blend cheese, shredded
To keep the giant shell pasta from sticking together, boil it until it’s al dente, then drain and rinse it in cold water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the ground beef until it is thoroughly browned in a pan over medium high heat. Excess fat should be removed.
Sauté for another 30 seconds after adding the minced garlic.
Stir in the taco seasoning packet, cream cheese, and salsa until the cream cheese is completely melted in the skillet with the meat. Allow time for the beef mixture to cool.Stuff the cooked jumbo shell pasta with the ground beef mixture and place it into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions and serve.
