Chicken Wings in the Oven yum!

What Is The Best Way To Make Baked Chicken Wings?
In a handmade spice rub, these baked chicken wings are coated and roasted to crispy perfection. An easy but satisfying snack or supper that just takes a few minutes to put together. I enjoy a crispy, nutritious chicken wing, but I dislike the hassle and mess that comes with deep-fried wings. These baked chicken wings are totally crispy, golden brown, and flavorful.

INGREDIENTS:

Approximately 900 grams of chicken wings

TWO TEASPOONS

a pinch of kosher salt

1 TABLESPOON BAKED BAKER’S POWDER

Toss with buffalo wing sauce and serve on the side.

Here is how to prepare it:

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:

I set my oven’s temperature to 450 degrees F.

Step 2:

Then I put the wings in a large tub, I dried them well with a towel made of paper.
I sprinkled baking powder directly over the wings. And I throw it until all the wings are coated by powder equally.

Step 3:

Then I lined a wide baking sheet with aluminum foil and I put a cooling rack on top to keep Pam from sticking and spraying or rubbing with cooking oil.

Step 4:

I lay the chicken wings on the rack until finished, leaving space between the wings.

Step 5:

I placed the baking sheet t in the oven and I turned the heat down to 425 degrees F.

Step 6:

All right, I baked for around 30 to 35 minutes, until the wings are fairly brown and crisp.

Step 7:

For serving, I served it hot at this point, tossed in Buffalo sauce, plus more sauce on the side.

Enjoy!
