▫️INGREDIENTS:
1 slab Ribs
Sea salt
Black pepper
Celery flakes
Smoke paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
Red Pepper flakes
Chicken broth
▫️INSTRUCTIONS:
Season Ribs to your liking. Smoke at 225 temp indirect heat for 3 hours or to your liking.
Mix seasonings with chicken broth and brush every 20 minutes for the last hour. Enjoy!
